I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Owego, NY)
Interview
Easy. Mostly behavior questions. They had a "College Orientation" style interview with a large group of interviewers, so those are usually easy interviews since they are rushed for time. Interviewed several Software Managers to discuss which department would be a best potential fit. I would recommend College hires get started here.

Question 1
Describe to me how you solve a big problem. I was told by recruiter LM doesn't ask technical questions on interviews, but over time, I think that is changing.
Took 3 weeks for application to move forward. 1 behavioural interview with a panel of 4. They don’t expect you to know everything but can ask scenario questions to understand how you think. then an offer within a few days. Whole process took about a month

It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
