I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Mar 2018
Interview
A interview day with three interviews. You walk in and there is a room with other interviewees. First you learn about the company and from there they split of into individual interviews. Some are technical others are behavioral. It all depends on which groups are hiring -as to speed of response and offers.
