I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Lockheed Martin reached out to me through Piazza's job website. Prior to the interview itself, Lockheed Martin invited me to a meet-and-greet the night before the interview, at which I met program and hiring managers, which helped me relax before the interview. The interview day consisted of two to four separate interviews with different hiring managers operating separate programs. I received three and most of the questions were behavioral, though some ask some minor technical questions. I received an offer from one of the managers within two weeks.
Took 3 weeks for application to move forward. 1 behavioural interview with a panel of 4. They don’t expect you to know everything but can ask scenario questions to understand how you think. then an offer within a few days. Whole process took about a month
