I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Moorestown, NJ) in Aug 2020
Interview
I sent in my application from there online portal. A few days later I had a message asking me basic questions like salary expectations and why you want to work here. I however missed the message because the portal was setup kinda weird. Probably why I did not advance to part 3 of the interview. They did send me an email saying I was no longer considered for the job which was nice then being ghosted and could move on to the next job.
Took 3 weeks for application to move forward. 1 behavioural interview with a panel of 4. They don’t expect you to know everything but can ask scenario questions to understand how you think. then an offer within a few days. Whole process took about a month
