Interview
The interview process was through the SHPE national conference. I applied online after they sent out an email for pre-screens.
I then had an interview with an engineering manager for 45 minutes. Later that night I was sent a pre employment security form, and other docs requesting more info. A week later I was given an offer.

Lots of STAR method based questions. Be prepared to know your resume well, and just have a genuine conversation with the interviewer!
Took 3 weeks for application to move forward. 1 behavioural interview with a panel of 4. They don’t expect you to know everything but can ask scenario questions to understand how you think. then an offer within a few days. Whole process took about a month

Two round interview, Initial interview was very getting to know you and the company to see if there is a fit, Second interview was very behavioural and CV based with some basic technical questions.

Interview
It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
