Very generic interview process asking about personality and technical skills. Asked about your weaknesses, strengths and greatest achievements. It is usually a panel interview with the department associates and which ones you will be working with on a day to day basis. If you are lucky you meet the department head and is in the interview process

Standard behavior took roughly 40 minutes just wanting to gauge you as a person. Nothing technical, but make sure to have stories about your expereices to answer their questions as they are all STAR formatted

I submitted my application in October, interviewed at the end of November, and received an offer letter in early December. Overall, the interview process was smooth, direct, and very straightforward.

Straightforward, they asks a few questions on who you are and why them. Make sure to have relevant projects you can talk about. Mainly behavioral, the only “technical” thing to know is juts your experience with software like excel or tableau or whatever’s is relevant.
