Applied online and they called for an interview. Went through two different interview processes. The first was with one person and was very detailed. The second was with several people and not as much detail.

Interview
I was hired through a staffing agency when there was a hiring freeze prior to the Martin Marietta/GE merge. i worked as a subcontractor for a year and after the merge was offered a position without a formal interview.
