Applied on the website and a recruiter called to setup an interview. Hour long interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. Everything went really well, I've never left an interview feeling so confident about wanting to join a team and work for a particular boss.
Unfortunately I never heard anything and they essentially ghosted me. The website still lists the position in the "interview" stage but I ran out of time and accepted a position with a different company.
