I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Lakeland, FL) in Oct 2014
Interview
Based more on character than technical skills. One career discussion and three following interviews. There was about a month between the interviews and the original career discussion was on my college campus. I still had applied online prior. The three interviews took place on a career day that I was invited to as a result of a positive discussion. This involved interacting with employees and other candidates throughout a string of different events as well as viewing some Lockheed Martin specific presentations
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview was not hard, but also not easy. Expect to be tested on your resume and given plenty of challenging behavioral questions. Nothing technical was asked. You might be tested on your resume, however. Competitive, however. A lot of people going for this
