It was a call with a panel of three people each from the branch I was going to interview with. Cell phone only, so that helped with feeling comfortable and prepared. Overall nice people and great company to work with.

I submitted my application in October, interviewed at the end of November, and received an offer letter in early December. Overall, the interview process was smooth, direct, and very straightforward.

Interview
Straightforward, they asks a few questions on who you are and why them. Make sure to have relevant projects you can talk about. Mainly behavioral, the only “technical” thing to know is juts your experience with software like excel or tableau or whatever’s is relevant.
