Pretty good, although I went thru a recruiter. 1st was an interview with HR asking general questions. 2nd was an interview with the Manager of the IT group interested in the candidate. This one had technical questions regarding .NET Framework along with the job description and what the company is about. After that - they phoned me an offer about a couple of hours after the interview ended.
