Interview
To be brief and to the point: The HR at this company is totally incompetent and doesn't seem to care about hiring good and qualified people. The process takes months, and you just don't know if they're still reviewing the application or if you were just forgotten. Trust me, it's the last option. It's disappointing because the company seems a great place to work, though. Your CV is just a number that they don't really care to review. Do not expect a feedback after applying or interviewing.
It is al online and automated. I had to send all of my papers but it was all not too bad, just CV and motivation letter. I got a negative answer a few days later. I have applied to a few other positions and get a very fast rejection. At least their system is efficient .
Applied online, after 2 weeks got a screening phone call with HR, then 2 weeks after that got an interview in person. Position still available online now 3 weeks and counting, after the interview. never heard back, followed up, no response. Really unprofessional experience to ghost candidates like that.
