Lonza Senior Program Manager, Technology interview questions

Approx.. 3 weeks after application, I've got a request to appoint a phone interview. A quick 15-min call next day. I was asked to go through my resume. I believe, the recruiter had no clue about the topic. Finally he pointed out that they are looking for a person with another key competence (surprisingly, since it was not mentioned in the position description). However, the profile was supposed to be forwarded to the line manager (a standard phrase from a recruiter).
