Interview
First had recruiter phone screen, then a teammate 30min google hangout, then was sent the 1 hr analytics test. Results came back on the following monday and I scheduled my first round of interviews (approx. 2 hrs in person). After a day or two I was given a prompt for a 30min presentation which I scheduled for a week later, had 4 more 1:1 interviews on either side of the presentation on my final day. I was called back 15 minutes after I left that they wanted me, got the offer 3 days later.

Explain a time where you needed to get cross functional buy in for a solution/project and how you went about doing so.
Recruiter was informative and straightforward, offered tips and insight on how to succeed. The interview process itself was 4 rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the other two were with team mates or counterparts. Each interview was 30 mins all on the same day

Operational processes and data insight adaptability
Math test, excel test, and 2 rounds of online interview, one with recruiter and one with hiring manager of the location you are expected to work from. At the end I asked them what their concerns were and they did not answer

Four step interview process starting with an analytics test and ending with a set of 4 interviews and a 45 minute presentation based on a prompt provided ahead of time. Recruiting team made the process smooth, efficient, and were highly responsive. The whole process took just over a month.
