Friendly and prompt and upfront on structure and interview process. I enjoyed talking and understanding how they use the app to provide service. I don't know what else to enter as this is what I thought of the process.
HR was on top of it. It was a very positive experience. Very quick and professional, despite it being multiple rounds. I met with 6 different people across 3 rounds.

Very lengthy but it was alright. Pretty standard for a tech role and I did not have to do an assignment which I appreciated as those can be quite lengthy.
