Pretty simple. I applied and within 48 hours had an invite for an initial interview. Then I did an at home assignment. I then had 4 - 30 minute interviews the following week.
They were very communicative until I finished my panel interviews. It took about 2 weeks to hear back from the recruiter informing me I did not get the position. They did send a personal email and offered a phone call to discuss the decision. I took them up and got actual feed back and left it knowing other options I'd have at the company and what skills and experience I can work on developing for future application. I have not experience this with any other company and I really appreciated it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks (one recruiter interview, one hiring manager interview, and then a two hour panel (4 interviews, 30 mins each). The interview process itself was a positive experience, and one of the interviewers told me "It's a no brainer, you should already be working here." I really enjoyed meeting with everyone that I spoke to and had some great conversations. The recruiter told me I would hear back by the beginning of the following week. I heard nothing for 3 weeks, and then received a templatized rejection e-mail with no details.
