Sat down with my immediate supervisor and their boss. We went through the job description and what makes me qualified for the position. Then the physician I am working for now entered the room. They went over their expectations for the job and asked a few questions.

The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a virtual interview with the hiring manager and senior member, where we discussed my qualifications and experience. The second round was a team interview, where I spoke with multiple team members about the role, expectations, and how I would fit into the team.
