I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MDA (Detroit, MI) in Jul 2016
Interview
Interview was over the phone. First with a recruiter who asked me about myself and told me about the interviewing process. Then a technical one with a software engineer- he asked me over the phone about my work history and then just gave me examples of different scenarios and how I would address them

Interview
Interview was not at all what I expected from the job description.
Asked a lot of questions about OOP advantages that seemed related to embedded applications.
Was given a set of questions to answer in a limited time which felt a bit lazy compared to an actual coding challenge.
Never received a rejection, very poor experience.

Question 1
How do you work in an agile environment? How can you improve on this code?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MDA in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was unreasonable. They delved deeply into questions about my work experience at companies where I had signed NDAs, showing no concern for the potential repercussions. Despite having significant experience in other relevant areas, including actual satellite work, they neglected to inquire about those aspects. Although they profess to hire individuals passionate about space technology and care about diversity, my experience and observations of their hiring practices suggest they seek a specific type of candidate that fits a narrow profile.
