Interviewed by 3 people. One Director level person, one colleague and the VP I was going to report to. Then I had to go through a background check. They contacted me and asked if I was interested. Then I had a phone interview then I had the interviews listed above. I never applied.

Interview
The beginning of the interview was structured with situation, behavior and outcome based questions. Afterwards explained role and had more two way dialogue to truly understand expectations and company culture. I would recommend to be prepared with good examples that will be questioned by the interviewer but also insightful questions to understand the company vision.

Did not have one because I had worked with the HR Director at another company. So we discussed salary then I had a one question phone interview the the Regional Human Resource Vice President.

Interview was very good. They are so much supportive & understanding during interview. Very friendly. They will just check if I have same work exp written in the resume or not.Decision was quick and fast.
