Interview
First had to apply to all Macy's positions either in store or online, then when get an invitation to schedule an interview, do so online with there employment website, after going in for the interview, expect to have to do another interview, also find this method of scheduling online without speaking to a live person is inefficient for job applicants as several times I went in and they never bothered to notify me that postion was filled and waste my time gas etc going there then to be told after waiting 30 minutes the postion is no longer open and welcome to apply for another on their computers in office or at home and the website. Very very frustrating for me to try to get employment with Macy's. Forgetting them.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Boston, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interviewer was very condescending and tried to argue with me about my work experience. Even though I applied for a merchandising position, she recommended me to work another job I had no interest in. Seeing how the interviewer was very unprofessional with me, I wouldn’t have accepted any job they would’ve offered me.
