I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Scranton, PA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Discussion with direct manager about duties, personality attributes. We talked about transferable skills and importance of the position. Willingness to meet expectations and learn. Also it was a nice time we had a good chat and than now I should be at thirty words I hope so this is taking too long.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Houston, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
Interview was very easy just common questions a normal job would ask. They scheduled me for a 2nd interview so I believe that was a good thing to look out for if you're being considered by management for a position in loss Prevention.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Macy's (Garland, TX)
Interview
I came in to the store asked to speak to the loss prevention head, who sat me down to fill out an application online, the next day I got an email to set up a phone interview and when she called she was 5 minutes late and when I called her right back as soon as she called me she said she had to reschedule it not even a minute after she called me. So the next day she called she asked me a few questions, she then said she would be intuch with me, a week and a half go by and I get an email saying my Availability didn't meet there needs ? She told me they needed full time and I applied for full time.

Interview
The hiring manager was very unorganized and failed to follow-up on our phone interview. It got rescheduled three times to advise me she couldn't make it. Then the last time I never got a phone call.
