I was contacted by a store to come in for an interview after filling out the extensive and detailed on line application. I had clearly chosen my availability and also made a note about my availability. However, when I got to the interview, the hours they needed did match what I had listed. Wasted my day off.

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
