I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied through my university career website. Initial interview with HR - very easy, straight forward questions about previous experience and some behavioral. Second interview with director of the department. More difficult behavioral questions but nothing crazy. Nice conversations - very laid back.

Question 1
Do you prefer to work in large groups, small groups, or individually?
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
