Interview
I applied online for Macy's Sales Support Associate and about a week and a half later was notified by e-mail to schedule an interview. They ask you to come in 5-10 minutes early which I did and was promptly greeted by my interviewer at my scheduled appointment time. My interviewer appeared to be an easy going man who was head of the sales support crew. To my disappointment, the interview was short and consisted of a basic overview of what he does, the job description, and less than three questions which were extremely simple, but he did kindly refer me to other jobs at Macy's that may appeal more to me in connection with some of my interests. In the end, he told me there were no available positions open at the time, but he would put me on the "hopper". I felt like I wasted my time.

The process doesn't take long, was very straight forward and easy. They want to know your availability and if you have a reliable method of transportation. Other than that, they'll ask
