The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's in Apr 2011
Interview
I filled out an application online that consisted of situational questions and questions that pertained to the position. I received an email a short time later with a link to macysjobs.com where I was to go and schedule myself for an interview. The interview went very quickly. It probably lasted less than ten minutes. I was asked questions similar to the online assessment and questions about myself. The interviewer seemed to be in a hurry, but he was easy to talk to. At the end of the interview, I was told that the people in charge would look over everything and I would receive an email as to whether I or not I would be offered employment. The email came and I was not offered employment, but it was good practice for interviewing.

Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
