I applied for this position in Zurich on their website. Recruiter contacted me and invited to a series of 6 technical/non-technical interviews. Interviewers were very friendly and supportive, had a good feeling, much better than with FAANG interviews. After the interviews, I didn't hear anything from them for a while. Asked my recruiter about the status several times, and finally I received a standard rejection mail. Checked the number of employees, which shows 0% growth rate over the last 2 years: 1227 employs back in July 2020 as well as in July 2022 (1216 in Jan 2022, so 11 people staffed this year, worldwide!). I wonder if they are really staffing in Zurich or if it's a big hoax. Needless to say that the whole process took a lot of my time, but also their time.
