Interview
I received a phone call to schedule the interview at the branch in Oakville. When I arrived at the branch for my interview, there were three other individuals waiting to be interviewed. I ended up waiting nearly two hours after my scheduled time to be interviewed and it wasn't until 20 minutes into the interview I realized it wasn't an interview at all, it was a sales pitch. The position is 100% commission.

Interview
There are two interviews. The first interview is with the Investment Advisor (IA) wishing to recruit an associate. After selection by the IA from a pool of applicants, there is a second interview with the Branch Manager, who approves or rejects the candidate. The process can take a few weeks, depeding on availability of the parties involved.
