Interview
The process is quite standard: motivation, self introduction, past experience, no specific job-related questions are asked. The interviewers are the line manager and +2 that you need to coordinate every day.

What would you do if you are pushing some hard process? What would you arrange the backlogs if a consumer ask you to add something into backlog but the planning is already finished

More general questions instead of technical ones. The team cares about the attitudes of the candidates. General questions on understanding the background of my resume and my problem-solving approach.
Started with the initial interview. Then proceed with the next stage of the interview with 3 panels. Asked about the usual interview questions and regarding the said position that I'm applying for.
