It has two rounds of interviews. It was not a typical Business Analyst position. Instead, it was an insurance agent role. So think clearly if you want to be an insurance agent. They will not tell you directly.

2nd round video interview with one team manager and one team member. Asked about what is plain vanilla bond, bond feature, etc. more technical questions than behavioral questions. The interview was around 30 minutes.

The JD is deceptive.
They’re actually looking for an insurance agent if you see something like “ Meet individual sales KPIs, and premium revenue objectives”/ “ client-specific”.
To be fair people there are nice and imply their real intentions in the first interview, but why even bother to go, right?
