Interview
I apply to the VST team and the interview lasted about 3 hours. First round are the hiring managers and the remaining two are consisting of the committees. 1 month later I received a reject and been told that they hire an internal candidate with more GGY experience.
hr will invite u to the office. u will be invited to have an interview with 2 managers (at least manager level i think). it is a little bit harder than u think. u need to familiarize u cv.
normal behavioural questions, conflict resolution, time you demonstrated initiative, how to XYZ, nothing out of the ordinary. interviewer was a bit short (not talkative) but all in all a pretty normal experience. practice the normal behavioural questions and you should be fine
I had three rounds of interviews back to back with 2 interviewers each round. Interviews were carried out on MS Teams. Each round was 50-55 minutes long. There was a short break between each round.
