Many interviews. It said it is management trainee but actually seeking for sales. They may ask you to join some seminar or some activities. They required candidate that graduated form university.

We prefer you to have some financial knowledge, do you have any experience?
Although it was advertised as a management trainee role, during the interview it became clear from the interviewer’s comments that it was actually a job selling insurance. The interviewer was very arrogant and seemed to look down on students without a business background.

Interview
You need to pass the CV round, then in round 2 you will be tested on your ability including IQ, T/F/NG, reading. Round 3 will be a direct interview with HR, director, 1 person from last year's program. Everyone is very comfortable and friendly. Wish you a successful interview
