Interview
3 rounds. Phone call with recruiter, 1st round interview, 2nd and final round interview with a senior executive. Questions were entirely behavioral, there were no technical questions asked. Priority on coachability and hustle.
The initial phases were pleasant enough but the final round felt like zero chance was given, didn't seem to care about the interview and rushed to end it.
The platform is rather antiquated. It was a virtual interview and the interview changed from a video call to a phone call two minutes before the scheduled meet time which she was late for.
A few different Zoom calls asking about your background and commercial or individual real estate knowledge. Also, they want to hear a lot more about your background and what you have done regarding entrepreneurship.
