I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interviewers used a STAR framework and are looking for your process at dealing with specific situation. It was a phone interview first, then later on had to meet the director of HR. They do their best to put you at ease so you would confidently share your experience and thoughts with them. They also allow you to ask question to gaze if they are a good fit for you
