You are contacted and have to wait a whole week for an interview. Upon arrival I had to seek other help from a doorman at the hotel to locate where to go for the interview on property. Interview was not conducted on time upon arrival. LP personnel were very rude including LP Management.

STAR model just like they said in the text they sent. Just have scenarios ready. Very customer service, hospitality oriented security role. Pretty straightforward interview. Then 2 more interviews with higher ups.

Apply and Human Resources will call you. after that, you will have 2 interviews, one with the actual manager and the other one with the General manager and human resources.
