Interview
I saw the job listing on craigslist and was contacted shortly after applying. The preliminary interview was conducted by the AGM and lasted only about 15 min. Standard interview questions were asked, ie describe a time... and what makes you qualified for this position, etc. The secondary interview was conducted by the GM and I was asked only about 5 min worth of questions. The rest of the time he described the culture of the hotel and the company. I received a phone call two days later and was offered the position. Training began shortly after.
