I applied online. I interviewed at Marriott International (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2016
Interview
I submitted my application through a hiring site and got a call back within a few days. I missed the call and had to leave 2 messages to get in contact with somebody. First a supervisor interviewed me, then the associated manager interviewed me. They offered me a position on site and took me down to HR. The entire process took about 2 1/2 hours.

Question 1
If you had to choose between 2 employees for a promotion, how would you choose? (An odd question considering I wasn't applying for management)
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
