I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Fremont, CA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was easy, I was only asked one question. The rest was just a conversation about my future plans. She asked me when I would be going back to school and where I planned on working after I graduate. She also just looked through application I filled out. I suspect I didn't get the position because they wanted someone full time and I needed to leave after summer was over.
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact
Interview questions [1]

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
