I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (San Diego, CA) in May 2012
Interview
interview process was just questions about how to handle customers and how to offer excellent customer service. Of course they need to verify if you're allowed to work in the U.S. so after that they will hire you.
Interview process was straight forward and easy, she did not ask that many questions. I answered all of them and was offered the job on the spot. We had 4 hours of paid training before starting my first official shift
Was given the first interview and felt good about it then went to another one and the manager there is very uninterested in the applicants. Started to ask me what role I wanted as if I had a choice and I said whatever is fine and she looked unhappy with that answer
Easy and it was very quick. It was in person and it last for fifteen minutes the interview. It was only one interview process to get hired for the job.
