I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Tracy, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied online and received a call 2 weeks later for a group interview. There were 10 people including myself being interviewed. Both people conducting the interviews made me fell welcome and were very nice and professional. I was called about 45 minutes after the interview and they asked for my availability and if I had any references. 15 minutes after that I got another call and was offered the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They have a credit card that they want the customers to sign up for, so one of the questions was to attempt to sell the card to the manager as if she was a customer. Total curveball but be creative and you will be fine! They are VERY big on customer service!
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Question 1
What's your greatest achievement or accomplishment
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
