I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Euless, TX)
Interview
Two interviews--one with the Store Manager and the second with the Assistant Manager. Both of them were very personable and planning both interviews went very smoothly. The overall perception I got of the office was not very special, just noted that the computers and software in the main office seemed old and outdated.

Question 1
Don't remember very well as the interview was around two years ago--they were mostly behavioral questions e.g. A time you showed leadership experience, etc.
Phone interview (30 min max.), then proceeded to second in-person interview at applied location.
Decent interviews, but found that they valued people who wouldn't realize that they favor older staff who won't try to change anything internally (even obvious cleaning/safety standards/time expectations).
I applied online. I interviewed at Marshalls (Woodhaven, MI) in Oct 2025
Interview
Marshalls shares their career portal with Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Be very careful that you are applying to the right store and location. Afterwards, you will get a call fairly quickly to set up an interview. Usually only one manager handles the interviews, so you may not hear back on follow-ups for awhile if that person is off of work. Follow up as needed or you may get forgotten about.
