he interview at Marshalls was straightforward. It was a one-on-one interview with the store manager. They asked about my availability, experience in customer service, and how I handle stressful situations. The process took about 30 minutes, and they seemed very interested in my communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
