Primero con con Hr(15 min- 30 min), luego con manager (30- 45 min) dónde buscan entender tu experiencia, motivación y forma de pensar ante un problema . Fue un proceso rápido , dónde la persona de Hr ajusta los horarios que funcione.

En general el proceso es sencillo, son dos entrevista una con recursos humanos, con la finalidad de conocer un poquito sobre tu experiencia laboral e introducirte al rol. La segunda, seria directamente con tu Line Manager completamente en ingles. El feedback es completamente escaso.
