Great interview process, friendly recruiters. 3 interviews over the phone with HR people, a few online tests to understand your intelligence and personality and 2 in-person interviews with HR and hiring manager. Accepted a job offer after 2 weeks.

Read some papers on the payments industry + researched a lot about the company and CEO. Because of this I didn't face any difficult questions and everything went very smooth.

Video interview was 3 scenario-based questions, very straightforward and can be prepped beforehand.
No need to prep for "tell me about yourself" and "Why this company" type of questions for this round.

Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
