I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Singapore) in Mar 2015
Interview
First round was by my university (one of the three local universities in Singapore), which was a 1 hour case study and presentation. There were questions framed for a product manager and broad topics in technological innovation, marketing, and opening new markets. The presentation was evaluated with feedback and a week later, I got a call for the second round.
Second round was with MasterCard HR, who's a very nice lady and questions were based on a run-through of the resume, along with questions on motivation. There were also multiple opportunities to ask the interviewer questions.
There was a long period (1 month?) before the third round, which was then held at MasterCard's offices with the hiring manager of the department/group itself. Questions mostly concerned the job scope and felt a bit more informational than questioning.
I enjoyed the interview process which I am sure I will apply again. The interview was planned well and I enjoyed every conversation withe the interviewer .I can vouch again for this company
Hackathon based hiring, some questions around MERN stack, development of application, general practices, SDLC, system design, etc. It was through an campus opportunity. Winning is not important criteria for selection
