First, they select on the basis of college cgpa and 10th/12th percentage, followed by a basic CAT type test. Then shortlisted candidates have to go for a group discussion, and finally personal interview round

En general el proceso es sencillo, son dos entrevista una con recursos humanos, con la finalidad de conocer un poquito sobre tu experiencia laboral e introducirte al rol. La segunda, seria directamente con tu Line Manager completamente en ingles. El feedback es completamente escaso.
