The interview was mostly behavioral so they mostly want to hear about what skills you acquired in previous work experience and how those are applicable to the current position. They did ask 1-2 analytical questions (e.g. market sizing).

Video interview was 3 scenario-based questions, very straightforward and can be prepped beforehand.

Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
