After applying for the program I received an email from HR. The email stated I was chosen to be interviewed and to schedule a time and date for them to contact me for a phone interview. 1 hour pre screen with HR personnel then 1 hour with the hiring nurse manager(s) or leader(s) virtual via Microsoft teams. There were behavioral questions and critical thinking questions / case study questions
1st you have a video recorded interview where you are asked about 8 questions. If you are selected for the next round you will have a zoom interview with the department head

Interview
I met with HR for about 20-30 minutes, she went over the benefits and why Mayo Clinic is so well respected. Asked me to pick two units I would like to be on and then emailed me a couple days later times to meet with those unit managers.
