I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at McDonald's (San Pedro, Laguna) in Sep 2022
Interview
he process starts with an Initial Screening, where they assess your basic qualifications, work experience, and overall fit for the role. This stage is mainly to see if you meet the requirements and to get a general sense of your background and communication skills.
If you pass the initial screening, you move on to the Final Interview with the Manager. This is a more in-depth discussion focusing on your skills, work experience, and how you handle real work situations. The manager also evaluates whether you’re a good fit for the team and the company culture.
Once the manager approves your application, you’ll then be asked to proceed with the requirements, such as submitting documents, completing medical exams, and other necessary pre-employment steps. Overall, the screening process is straightforward and well-structured, with clear stages from start to finish.
The process was simple, interview was scheduled via email, but arriving for interview was another topic. Very unprofessional, did not acknowledge that anyone was at the counter waiting, and had five employees walk by the line of customers without a single one being acknowledged.
