Sat at table with manager, discussed availability and hours preferred. Soonest start date. Positions I’ve done before, paperwork required, schedule, transportation, and previous experience in a fast paced environment. Discussed training videos that had to be watched.
I applied online and got a call for an interview a few hours later. The interview went swell, though I had much difficulty answering the questions, I was still given a gracious offer. I declined.
easy and laid back. interview was done in the loby with other people eating next to us. First interview with swing manager, second with store manager. Process took about 2 weeks
