The interviewer I got was very friendly. She mainly asked about my availability and why I wanted to work at McDonald’s. She seemed happy with my answers since she asked if I was okay with getting a higher up to interview me at well, but the higher up ended up being busy. At the end of the interview, she assured me that if I don’t hear back it would be because my availability didn’t line up with theirs.
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. What experience do you have working in a team environment?
Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
